Flash under attack, emergency patch issued: Update immediately

Critical flaws in Adobe Flash are actively being exploited.  Adobe has release a patch for the flaw.  The primary target of this exploit is Windows and OS X, it is cross platform so it can affect you on Linux or your Android devices as well.  The linked article from ZDNet has done a good job summarizing the issue.
