If you are in an environment where you have no control over which browser to use and are unable to install an alternative. (e.g. work, school) Check with your Administrator if you are allowed to use a portable browser that does not require an installation.  We recommend trying Portable Chrome or  Portable Firefox. If you are not allowed then please consider not accessing your GMail account from this location.  If you are allowed to use an alternative browser we recommend that you install Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on your PC and use it instead of Internet Explorer.
